APPLICATION FOR INTERNATIONAL MEMBERSHIP

State requirements for International

International Members shall be physicians who neurosurgeons:

1. Reside outside Brazil and are associated with the Neurosurgical Society in your country.

2. Fill the State International, available on the SBN, with details of 03 Full Members of her National Society.

3. Forward the duly completed and signed for the Permanent Secretariat of the SBN, Rua Abilio Soares, 233/143 - Bairro Paraiso - Sao Paulo - SP - CEP 04005-001.

4. Have his appointment as State Temporary International provisionally approved by two thirds of the votes of the Board of SBN.

5. Have his nomination approved by permanently Annual General Meeting of SBN on September 15, 2010.

6. SBN to pay the fixed half-yearly by the trustees.

Note: To be approved by the Governing Council provided temporary enjoyment of their rights and duties to the approval by the General Assembly on 15/09/2010.
